The UV anti-irradiation silica fibers have a step index distribution, with a low hydroxyl quartz core.The transmission rate of the normal ultraviolet silica fiber will pour down through a period of strong UV damage. To avoid this phenomenon, we get a kind of anti-irradiation silica fiber with special doping, special manufacturing and drawing process, which transmission rate doesn`t change much (about 80% of former one) after the long period of strong ultraviolet lighting. Its operating wavelength is 190nm to 1200nm, it performs better on spectrum analysis.
